Conference registration includes conference materials, lunch for five days and dinner for four evenings including the social dinner.

Two-day registration includes conference materials, lunch for the two days attending the conference and dinner for the first evening.

Additional Person fee includes dinner for four evenings and all social activities.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Written requests for cancellations must be received on or before May 8, 2012, and is subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received after May 8, 2012, will NOT be honored and all registration fees will be forfeited.
